An insider's view of how we operate. We view our relationship with a client as a partnership. We share a common goal: To get the job done well, on time and on budget. It's very important to us that if we come across a surprise or two (for example, a safety hazard) that we fix it correctly. Patch jobs cost you more in the long term and damage our reputation. If a client wants to invest some "sweat equity" in the project to keep the costs down, that's a good thing, as long as you have the skill set and physical ability to do so.
Naturally, if you don't like heights, helping remove old shingles from your roof may not be the best idea. Most home improvement projects require some general labor, whether its replacing windows, remodeling a bathroom or kitchen, hanging sheetrock or adding a room to your home. Helping with tasks like painting and clean-up (to name a few) help keep your costs down and the job on schedule.
All home improvement projects receive my full-time attention. I do not float from job to job. That makes for unhappy clients. When we take on a project we are there to get it done right, on time and on budget.
Financial Arrangements: The scope of work involved in each project determines how we handle payment. We accept, cash, personal and bank checks. Credit Cards are not accepted.
Family owned and operated, we perform all levels of building and remodeling. We offer start-to-finish solutions for every project. We specialize in interior or exterior home renovations, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling, home additions, garages and more!
